We design Calm Steps to collect only the minimum information necessary to provide app functionality, while avoiding the collection of identifying personal information.

• Is randomly generated

• Cannot be used to contact a user
   
• Is not shared for advertising or tracking purposes
   

The App may infer general location (such as country, state, or city) based on IP address.

Approximate location data:

• Does not include precise GPS coordinates
   
• Is not continuously tracked
   
• Is not used to identify or contact users
   
• Is used only for limited purposes such as analytics, localization, service reliability, and legal compliance
   

If you purchase a subscription or in-app purchase:

• Apple provides us with non-identifying transaction information, such as:
   
  • Subscription status (active or expired)
     
  • Product type
     
  • Purchase or renewal timestamps
     

We do not receive:

• Payment method details
   
• Billing addresses
   
• Apple ID information
   

All transactions are processed directly by Apple.

We may collect limited analytics and diagnostic information, including:

This data is anonymized and used exclusively to improve app stability and user experience.

Approximate location data is used only in aggregate form and is not used to track or identify children.

Parents or guardians who believe a child’s information has been collected improperly may contact us to request deletion.

• Access and Deletion
  You may delete app data by uninstalling the App. Where applicable, you may contact us to request deletion of stored data associated with your device identifier.
   
• Analytics Controls
  You may manage Apple-provided analytics through iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.
   
• No Tracking
  The App does not track users across apps or websites.
   

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights under laws such as GDPR or CCPA.

Calm Steps relies on third-party services to operate, including:

• App runtime and infrastructure services
   
• Apple services for app distribution, analytics, and in-app purchases
   

These services operate under their own privacy policies and are not permitted to use data for independent purposes.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices evolve. Material changes will be communicated through the App or App Store listing. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
